Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add your items to the cart, then go to Checkout. Enter your delivery and payment details to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at orders@integritysuppliers.co.za or call +27 (78) 026-3904. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Order Tracking page at any time.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders between R2,000 and R3,000 qualify for free standard shipping, and all orders above R3,000 shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders below R2,000, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my delivery take?
Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2 – 3 business days. Other urban areas: 3 – 5 business days. Remote or rural areas: 5 – 7 business days.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently we only ship within South Africa. We hope to expand internationally in the future — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot. Parcels uncollected after 5 business days may be returned to us and re-delivery costs will apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a money-back guarantee. Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email your order number and clear photos of the damage to orders@integritysuppliers.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFlex, and American Express. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store card details on our servers.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An order confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you automatically after purchase. You can also view past orders by logging into your account.
Products
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Some Products, most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary, please check the individual product page or contact us for clarification.
Do you restock out-of-stock items?
We restock popular items regularly. Subscribe to our newsletter or contact us to find out when a specific product will be back in stock.
Can I request a bulk or trade order?

My Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, view order history, save your wishlist, and check out faster.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the My Account page and click “Lost your password?” Enter your email and we will send you a reset link.
How do I update my delivery address?
Log into your account and go to the Addresses section under Account Details. Changes apply to future orders only. To update an address on an active order, contact us directly.
