Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Integrity Suppliers. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Where we ship

We ship nationwide across South Africa, including all major cities and surrounding areas. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Orders between R2,000 – R3,000: free standard shipping
  • Orders above R3,000: shipping cost calculated at checkout
  • Orders below R2,000: shipping cost calculated at checkout

The exact cost will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2 – 3 business days
  • Other urban areas: 3 – 5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5 – 7 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday or December holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at: https://integritysuppliers.co.za/track-your-order/ 

If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately at delivery@integritysuppliers.co.za or call +27 (78) 026-3904.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection from a nearby depot. Parcels not collected within 5 business days may be returned to us, and re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photo.
